Today was Andrew's graduation - Kindergarten that is. It said on the program he is the future class of 2021. Whoa, does that make me feel old! The crazy thing is time will fly and we'll be at his high school graduation before we know it.

We are so proud of Andrew and how much he has learned this year. His reading is excellent, he is smart at math and he loves to socialize. Ethan clung to me like glue before school every single day when he was Andrew's age. I just drop Andrew off and I'm lucky if I get a wave. Usually it's the "gee mom, don't cramp my style" look. He is very independent and sure of himself. He doesn't hesitate to tell it like it is. We love him!

The ceremony today was quick. They sung cute songs and the teacher's gave out the diplomas. When they handed them out, Mrs. Band would tell what each child wanted to be when they grew up. Both classes had the same typical answers - fireman, policeman, doctor. Over and over again. Then she gets to Andrew - President of the United States! That is what he wants to be. This was news to me. I've never heard it before. So funny, that is just his personality. I'm glad he has high ambitions :)


Yesterday at school the kindergarten had a BBQ picnic. We went and had some good food and fun on the playground. Of course it was so much fun for all the kids. I'm glad we were invited so we could see how much fun they all had.


Congratulations to Andrew. Our boy is growing up fast!
