Afternoon of Adventure

Here they are on the cow ramp.

Andrew, Ethan and Emma. Eli was too busy throwing dirt to join them for a picture.

Eli on top of the hill.

Very cool ravine.

Riding through the dirt.

Here is the whole gang on their bikes.

Ethan always has to be doing something extraordinary.

Andrew.

It was such a nice day out on Monday, we decided to take Eli over to ride his bike on some concrete. There is a housing development a couple of miles from us that has paved roads. I thought they would like riding without dirt and rocks. Well, that only lasted about 10 minutes and they got bored. So we headed to an empty cow pond on the way back to our house. Isn't it awesome that we have an empty cow pond so close to our house??? Anyway, the kids had a blast riding their bikes up and down hills and jumps. We collected rocks, empty bullets and sticks. We threw mud bombs and dirt. We had fun exploring an old cow corral and ramp that has been there forever. It was quite the afternoon. I love how much fun kids can have when they go out exploring. I'm so grateful to live way out where we have so much space to roam around!
