Sun's Party

Friday we headed to Jeremy's sister's house for a Sun's party. The boys were ready with their Sun's jerseys. We had pizza and hot fudge sundaes. It was delicious! Everyone had fun playing with their cousin Jackson. Ethan loves to make him laugh. We also got to see Sean, the newest cousin in the family for the first time. We love having a little baby around again. He is such a cutie!
The Suns? Well, the game was terrible and they lost :( Other than that, it was a great night. Thanks Kari and Aubrey! We had a blast.

Thanksgiving Fun

We hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving this year. We were thankful for the time that we had together as a family. It's always nice to get together with the one's your love.
This year we headed to Jeremy's grandparent's house for dinner. We had lots of good food and a fun time. We headed to the park after eating to get some exercise. All the boys had fun throwing the football around. Emma wasn't sure what to make of their craziness. Jeremy has turned Ethan and Andrew into big football fans. After it got too dark to play, we headed back for some pie and the Cardinal's game. Too bad the game wasn't as good as our pies... Maybe next time.
All in all, it was a great day. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Andrew's Thanksgiving

Today at school Andrew had a special Thanksgiving program. His class has been working on it for weeks. They did a great job. They wore their Indian costumes they made in class. Each student had a special "Indian" name that Mrs. Band picked out for them. Andrew's was Wise Man. They made their own necklaces and vests. They even dyed the noodles themselves.
They sang Thanksgiving songs for the parents first. After that, we headed back to the classroom for a feast. The kids had made all of the food for lunch (except the turkey). They made cornbread muffins, pudding, little pumpkin pies and homemade butter. Andrew had so much fun preparing for this day. It was a great celebration!

Cub Scouts

Our cub scout pack visited the local firestation for a tour. We have been collecting stuffed animals all month to donate to the firemen. The boys did great. We ended up with two giant boxes full. They were really excited to see the firetrucks and had lots of great questions. It was a fun night! Way to go Ethan.

Organized!

Thanks so much to Jeremy for building a new dresser for the boy's closet. It's so nice to have room for everything all in one place. It makes being organized so much better. Yeah!

Undefeated!!!

We finished up the last soccer game of the season Thursday night. Ethan's team won their last game and finished up the season -- Undefeated! Yeah! They played great this year. He had a super team and an awesome coach. Last Saturday he scored the game winning goal in the last few minutes. It was very exciting.

Andrew's team did just as good. They only lost one game all season. They won again last night and Andrew scored a goal in the last quarter. He also had a super coach this year. We have had so much fun watching them play and seeing their improvement the past few months. Go Pirates!!

Eli and Emma had to bundle up last night. It was pretty chilly up there at the soccer field. It sure beats those hot Saturday games though.

Happy Birthday Emma!

Emma turned one this Sunday. How could a year have passed so quickly? It seems like just yesterday we were bringing her home. She is turning into such a big girl. She's been walking for a few months and climbing like crazy. She has two bottom teeth now. Her favorite thing to eat is string cheese and yogurt. We had a family dinner for her and she finally has some "girl" toys to play with. She's been playing with trucks and transformers. She loves her purse from Aunt Kari and has been carrying around her baby doll all day. It was fun to have pink decorations and a pink cake.
